Sure, "caliber wars" are a classic recurring theme, but I always felt adequate in my choice of 9mm....

.... until I picked up some S&W .500 brass....

Now I'm wondering when they'll make a .500 auto.... (is that a .500 round in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?)

If you're a fan of lots of romp and stomp on both ends of the weapon, they do make a 45-70 revolver! But then they are best suited for blowing holes through pocket books.

Just remember that in a SHTF situation that you could fire 6 or 7 rounds of decent 9mm rounds while that 500 S&W is coming out of recoil!
