Experienced Antique BP gunsmith in the Northwest?

Need an original CW era Harpers Ferry musket evaluated for safety/shootability. Any suggestions on a capable blackpowder gunsmith in the Northwest? My thread search did come up with one semi-retired expert back east, but I'm hoping for something closer to Seattle area.

John Taylor is a very reputable muzzle loading gunsmith and barrel maker in Puyallup, Washington which is a short 37 miles from Seattle. I would trust him thoroughly with any kind of BP work especially if it involves a barrel.
