FAL metric magazines?

Anybody seen any good FAL metric magazines for a good price lately? Seems like they were all over the place not too long ago and now that I have a Kel-tec RFB, which takes FAL magazines, I can't seem to find any. The only ones I can find now they want way too much for.

The supply is drying up and prices are rising. Your best bets are:

AIM and possibly others have had some new Korean-made metric clone mags. I own a few and tested them. OK in IMBEL and Entreprise receivers, didn't fit in DSA receivers. I would treat them as a last option. I posted a review a month or two ago.

I stocked up on FAL mags as soon as the RFB was announced Still haven't got one yet, finally saw my first one last gun show, but I thought $1800 was too high.

Springfield Armory, look in the M1A rifle accessories, magazines. They are SAR 4800 metric brand new $13.30 Dang, I think I'll buy some too...

1,800 is a bit high , but the gun is so rare some people are paying that much, I didn't. Someone here has had one on order for a year now

Like most everything else, there was a run on FAL mags when Obama ascended to the throne.

Nabbed a big bag full when KelTec first demo'ed the RFB at the SHOT show. Figggerd they would get scarce. Glad I did!

Yep, I did the same thing. Grabbed one of the 30s converted by DSA, too.

Except for some very thick nasty grease they seem to be a-ok. Don't have time to clean and try them now, but later.

Can you say Cosmoline?

Boiling water is probably the easiest way to clean them off, if you got some place for it to run off -- some towels you are willing to throw away worked for me.

Actually, just cleaned one, simple CLP and an old tee shirt worked very well. Stuff came right off.
