In December I was at a client site during a snow storm and the city plows basically sealed off the entrance. If I had a 4-wheel-drive truck or something I could have gotten out of there but I have a low-to-the-ground economy commuter car. The snow removal service for the company was supposed to show up soon, so I waited in the parking lot. While I was waiting, I got a can of Beanie Weenies out of the glove compartment. I then realized that I didn't have a good way of eating them. I ended up just pouring the can into my mouth but I spilled beanie weenies on my business shirt. :(

I vowed to stick a plastic spoon in the glove compartment, but I'm such a sucker for gadgets and multi-tools that instead, I got the Outdoor Edge Chow Pal and the Coleman can-opener spoon :)

I just ordered them today:

I haven't decided which one I'll stick in the glove compartment.

I usually have a few fast food napkins and eating utensil/condiments packages in the glove box. P38 on keyring completes the emergency rations set. If I was a true trekker, however, I would never be without my SWAK tinker and my titanium spork.
