45 AND 9? i would say Power Pistol is the only one ive liked in both. Pressure curves are not similar, so an ideal powder will not exist for both, but PP gives good full power 45, and good slightly lower velocity 9mm. 230g fmj 45 acp gets good with pp around 900fps... snappy. It puts 124 gr 9mm around 1100 fps. Of what you listed, bullseye is excellent in 45, as is red dot. They will work pretty good in 9mm too. I chronod some bullseye 9mm 115gr fmj at about 1050-1100, not my loads, so i couldent tell you what they were, other than bullseye. Unique is excellent in 9mm, and i found it awful in 45, but many like it. Never tried tightwad, but highly recomend bullseye, and reddot. Blue dot is too slow for either, but will work in both. You need to get pretty close to max to make 45 acp cycle reliably, with bluedot, and the newer stuff is much cleaner than the older stuff. I loaded some very light bluedot loads for 38, and got fairly consistent speeds down to the 680-750 range, and the loads were clean, so the new bluedot is far less demanding than you may hear.
