From what you have on your list I would say 9MM.

For a first centerfire handgun I think you would get more mileage out of a 38 / 357 wheel gun. Something solid and dependable like a blackhawk.

At your age you have plenty of time to pick up other stuff as the years pass.

I'd go 9mm for my first full size handgun. I've tried 9mm, .40 and .45 and the .45 is by far my favorite, but something that's best worked up to in most cases.

Please consider a 10mm. Both the Glock 20 (Full-Size) and the Glock 29 (Compact) can have their 10mm barrels swapped out for either a .40 or .357 Sig barrel. You don't even need different mags since the 10mm, .40, and .357 Sig cartridges have exactly the same case diameter.

Federal Arms makes the conversion barrels for about $90 each.

For the price of 1 10mm Glock plus $180 worth of conversion barrels, you can have 3 guns in 1!

Glock is a good gun, as far as glocks go i'd go for a 17-9mm, they perform great and you can run any style of 9mm ammo through them that you want and they'll shoot it all just the same...and they are so easy to clean. Just a drop of oil on your fingers, touch the 4 main posts, and you're done. swab it a few times and you're ready to go.

PLUS contrary to popular belief they are extremely durable guns, some of the local law enforcement around this area did a test when they changed over the standard sidearm to a glock and they tied a glock 17 on a string then to the bumper of a police cruiser, drove it 12 miles from the station to one of the more distant shooting ranges from their area (mind you it was hitting the ground the whole time at an average of 35-55 mph, I witnessed this first hand) after they got it there they loaded in a clip and began popping off rounds, an average of 3-5 inch groups at 30 yards. Needless to say I was impressed.

My first 9mm pistol was a Bryco Arms - Jennings Nine-ca
the pistol was used and had been dropped, but after a good cleaning and a thorough internal inspection to see that nothing was damaged, i shot it...I was actually impressed at the accuracy that this gun held, usually the "saturday night special" type guns don't hold any justifiable pattern at all but I could manage a good group with it. I actually still have the gun to this day as one of my more favored plinkers(mind you it is JUST a plinker).

10mm & .45ACP are the tops in my book. 9mm would be next up. But it really just depends on what you're looking for in a cartridge...
