Which is your prefered plastic weapon?I personally like them all.The edge for me goes to glock but that's due to owning glocks longer and I'm mor efamiliar with them.Let's have a vote

I'm quite fond of the Sig Pro in .357 ; for my purposes it's every bit as good as my "Classic" Sigs and is what I wear daily . For the money , the Steyrs are probably the best deal going today and at least in my somewhat limited experience with them , are easily the equal of pistols with twice the price tag . I just wish they were MA compliant ( actually they certainly would be but none have been sent for testing and so we are denied our M's and S's  ) .

I have to say the Walther P22 really is one outstanding little pistol . Other than the occasional piece of brass to the hat brim I really can't fault it . Its best feature though is that in the 3 weeks I've had mine , I've taken two friends of mine who were "anti's" to the range with it and have them duly converted . I think its looks combined with ease of use really go a long way towards removing the Big Evil Gun pre/misconception . One of guys had told me that he was scared of firing a 9mm because of the recoil but after 100 Wildcats he wanted to step up and next time wants to not only try my .357S or .45 but also wants me to bring the Walther for his girlfriend who wants to try it based on how much fun he said it is ! I might not make this place any less liberal but if the P22 helps make it a bit more gun friendly then I'll be pleased !

While Glocks, USP's, and SIGPros are all fine and adequate guns, if someone put a gun to my head and forced me to buy a plastic pistol, it'd be a P99. Love the ergos and the trigger.

Discounting big ticket custom 1911s, or more specifically, out of those listed on the poll, I guess I'd tend to go with Glock. The full size USPs are too large in my opinion and I haven't spent time with any of the compacts. I had a SIG Pro and a G23 and sold the SIG Pro. And the P99... well, the grip is the most comfortable to me, but I... guess I'd still prefer a Glock. XDs and Steyrs are fine too but I'd be most likely to take a G30 or G19 if I were to buy a new non-Kahr plastic gun.

Actually speaking of Kahr, I like the idea of the new TP9... Sort of a plastic Tactical with the longer grip and slide. Single stack... smooth Kahr trigger.

My brother has a P99. Of all the polymer pistols that I've fired and/or handled, nothing comes close to the ergonomics of this thing. It holds 16 rounds and is still more comfortable to me than my 1911. Plus the trigger is just awesome. When the AW ban expires, I'll probably try to get one of them for myself.

I voted for the USP because it is #1 to me, but I like all 4, with the P99 2nd, SIG Pro 3rd, and Glock 4th, hey, between my wife and I, we have all of them!

Guess I'll cast the lone vote so far for the Sig Pro. Better trigger and ergonomics (for me) than the Glock, and without the price premium for the ubertactical HK. I'm also pretty partial to the P99 though.

Walther P-99.

Every time I take it out I am just amazed at what "we" can do together.
Feels great, both trigger actions are smooth, fit and finish is superb, it even shoots clean (i.e. not alot of work to clean up). Does have its favorite ammo (WWB) but has never failed with anything I've tried, just the groups
open up a little. WWB will do all shots in a two inch circle, offhand from thirty ft. if I concentrate properly.

I voted for my USP which is almost too easy to shoot.

My XD is OK but I haven't had it long enough to decide if it's a keeper.

The P99 just melts into my hand but I don't shoot it well.

The SigPro just doesn't fit my hands comfortably.
