Favorite SKS stripper clips.

So y’all, I got an SKS, a Chinese type 56, and some ammo. I’d like to get some good stripper clips. Since there are many manufacturers Which do you like most?

Any that you can find online or at a gunshow should work fine- i’ve Never had a problem with any.

Only ones I've had issue with are ones that have gotten rusty. Other than that all I've tried have been pretty equal.

Actually wasn't aware there were brands of these, figured they were surplus.

I think that goes for anything by them, and it's mostly the latter.

Kinda odd because they weren't even designed/made for the SKS/AK.

I bought some Yugo M67 ammo that came on stripper clips, and they’re way better than the commercial ones I tried. This was a few years ago, so I don’t know if there’s any more out there. FYI it’s corrosive primers.

I just re-read this after checking out Mark Mahler's latest post.

It occurs to me that my statements were ambiguous and open to misinterpretation.

What I meant to say was that the Czech 7.62x39, 10 round chargers were actually manufactured to fit the VZ-52/57 and VZ-58 rifles rather than the SKS and AK.
