I have a Glock 36 I purchased 4-6 years ago. I had an issue with the firearm and sent it back to Glock for repair. They replaced the barrel with a stock barrel. In replacing the barrel, they also replaced the recoil spring.
I shoot reloads and test fired the firearm. My reloads are 230 grn FMJs. I carry this firearm all the time. For defense I loaded it up with Federal 230 grn Hydrashock. I know I tested the Federals several years ago and there were no feeding issues.
Now, the Federals won't feed. They basically jam on the bottom of the feed ramp. I initially thought it may be a mag issue. I have 3 glock mags and tried them all. Same issue with every round. To clear I need to pull the mag. They will not feed even if I manually cycle the action.
For now I switched to some Hornady 185 CDs. They cycle and shoot and just fine. What changed?
