Does anyone here have any experience or input with respect to this type of front sight for the AR15?

I was thinking about one as it gives the following description:

Fiber Optic Rod Provides Bright, Easy-To-See Dot For Long & Short Range Shooting

The first fully adjustable, fiber optic, front sight gathers and funnels natural sunlight to create a bright, easy-to-see dot for close-up or long range shooting. Steel, sight blade secures a red fiber optic rod with small and large diameter ends (dots). Custom, detent plunger uses your factory detent spring, and allows easy blade reversal from large dot to small, and back again, without changing the blade height setting. Precise, 5/8" MOA click adjustments make fine-tuning quick and easy (Mil-Spec is 1¼" MOA per click). Replaces the standard issue, front sight using the provided tools. Includes additional red, green, and amber fiber optic rods. Match is a medium width blade with .030" diameter rod for sighting at long ranges.

Mil. Spec. 060" wide blade.
Spring loaded for rock-solid stability.
Custom detent plunger locks blade in place.
5/8" MOA height adjustment per click.
(Mil. Spec. is 1.25 MOA per click).
And The Patented* “Two Sights In One” System Instantly Change from Big Dot to Small Dot Without Changing Height Adjustment
Includes: One 4" sample of each color, SIGHTLINK front sight adjustment tool and allen wrench.
SPECS: Steel, blued. Ultra-Match - .050" (1.3mm) wide blade, .020" (.5mm) dia. rod. Includes front sight blade, detent, installation tools, fiber optic rods, and detailed instructions. Uses factory detent spring, not included. Replacement Tools - Includes Sightlink universal front sight wrench and detent tool.

I really like the features and am wondering if it will help.

Thanks for the replies...

I have put a couple of these on rifles for customers and they seem to like them,(translation, nobody came back to gripe about them.)
I have one in a parts box that I haven't found a use for yet,(Most of my rifles have tritium post front sights.)
They come in three or four diameters and I would suggest the middlin' size one.
The small diameter one is really tiny and I doubt it would be of much use.
The big dot will begin to obscure things and distort the sight picture past about 150 meters.

It isn't much but this is all I can offer.
