Finally a good reporter

This may have been on THR a long time ago, but I believe it needs a revival. I talked about it in another thread and have been emailing it to people, but I have it hosted on a server now. Some of you have maybe seen this and some of you have not. This is a report done by John Stossel of 20/20 on the stupidity of gun laws. It is deffinately worth checking out, but caution not for the bandwidth unblessed at 4.7mb in size. Also you can right click it and save it as it is deffinately worth a save.

I need to order a copy of that. But I'd hate to give money to ABC after their atrocious coverage of the AWB.

The ABC piece was good. I watched it when it came out. The only problem was it was quite short. If you are looking for "good ammo against the anti's," I would suggest this piece from Salon:

"When liberals lie about guns"

They certainly aren't considered a "pro-gun" magazine but this reporter got just about everything right. Notice it is multiple pages long. You have to click on the link at the bottom to go to the next page. It includes a lot of the facts that we need to be aware of. I think it is a great link to use with the "undecided" types. They will check it out since it is Salon and the pro-gun facts being presented by someone who isn't an NRA member (or even a gun owner) will be more likely to be considered.

I've used this piece at least half a dozen times myself. It usually stuns the other side into silence!
