tested it out in my Marlin 980S-CF (22" barrel), and I must say, the report is about on par with a low powered pellet gun. I'm very satisfied with them.

I was afraid they might get stuck in the barrel of this rifle (as I'd heard that they may not have enough kick to get the bullet all the way through a longer barrel), but I put about twenty rounds through it and none stuck. I have found a new, exceedingly quiet means of target practice.

Also, this just makes me ache for a .22lr silencer even more. :D

They are fun to shoot. Although the box I think states not to use in rifles recommended for pistol only. I have and do shoot them through a rifle and have not had any problems. However I do run a bore snake before shooting high velocity ammo just to be sure. A cat or two may have been dispatched using this ammo that could of been in my trash cans.

They are fun to shoot, not real accurate but good for small varmint control if needed.
I chronoed a few out of my single shot Marlin, and they averaged around 580fps.

I stopped shooting them after one got stuck in the barrel of my Marlin 981T.

I've since found CCI CB Shorts to be much more reliable, accurate and about the same price. Very quiet.

They are a lot of fun, sassy squirrel USED to sit in the tree in my front yard. LOL

I crony'd those CB Shorts at 900fps out of my rifle...same speed as the longs.

I have no problem dispatching starlings and sparrows at 25to 30 yards with super colibri out of my old Wards single shot rifle.
