Finished up my first SBR! Just need an optic and a light. Thinking a Aimpoint T2 & an Gen 2 Inforce WML.

Noveske 10.5" .300 BLK:
- Noveske N4 Gen 3 Lower
- Noveske Gen 3 .300 blk 10.5" NSR Keymod upper
- MBV ARC Stock (doesn't require a proprietary BCG, lets you use your own)
- Geissele SSA-E
- SilencerCo Omega

(Honorable mention, LWRC M6A2 SPR w/ SiCo Hybrid)

Let me know what you think! [:D]

Nice build! I should only be weeks away from getting my Form 1 and 4 back. Filed in July so according to the NFA tracker it should be soon. I really like that PDW stock and will probably end up with one now!

Thanks, it's an MBV ARC stock.

The cool thing with the MBV ARC is that you can use your own BCG and don't have to rely on some random propitiatory BCG like most PDW stocks do.

This is also their newest model which is 5 position.

Closed and fully open work best for me. Fully open is right where I need my length of pull with this stock.

It doesn't feel too short when fully extended, and feels very solid, doesn't rattle even a little bit.

It's got a nice little button on the bottom to retain the buffer & buffer spring. You pull back the bolt, hold down the button, and let the bolt go forward. Then you can take it down on the pivot pin just like any other AR. Don't have to go through a weird assembly process sliding it all together like other PDW stocks.

Very nicely done! Get the T2. You won't be disappointed. Either move the front sight back, or remove the BUIS altogether and mount a Surefire X300 on the top rail. T2 and a Surefire X300 is what I run on my shorty AR, with a direct thread Omega. Awesome combination!

IF!!! I could, this is exactly what I would do.

I might leave it open sights, but IDK because that is only a dream within a dream...true love.

Sweet build, running a10.5" barrel on my SBR Blackout as well. Just installed one of the Fostech Echo triggers on mine.

Hey man, things don't happen on a whim. I had that lower sitting in my safe for 2-3 years before anything became of it.

I always knew what I wanted it to be but I had to buy it part by part, not to mention filing the form 1.

I'm now in the same spot on 2 other SBR's. Got the form 1 back on both of them. But I don't know if they'll be complete until end of this year/mid next year.

I've always been the type of guy to save for what I want. But it's painful for sure! lol. That's why I browse forums and look at other peoples pictures of their projects so often.

I think you guys misunderstood. In CA there is no such thing as an SBR. It is called prison!

OTOH: I finally got two things this year: a .375 H&H and a 1951 .30-06 M70.

Not a bad year so far. Both shoot better than their operator of course.

Very nice ... that's a quality setup for sure! An SBR chambered in 300 BLK or a pistol cartridge makes the most sense to me. I have a Daniel Defense DDM4300s with a DAA SANDMAN-S attached, a Vortex 1X Spitfire optic and an older Streamlight TLR WML. It's one of those rifles that people love to shoot. I hand them the rifle, give them a loaded magazine and then it's all smiles when they ring steel at 50 yards. The photo below was taken shortly after I got the rifle and it's shown with the Aimpoint that I have on a POF P415, the VFG that I took off and doesn't show the WML. That might even be a SANDMAN-L attached too but you get the idea. I don't have any experience with SIG's MPX SBR but have one on order with the 8" barrel along with an AAC Ti-RANT 9M so am looking forward to that.

BigBoy,
That Noveske build is pretty dang awesome!!!! Too bad the lower does not have ambi bolt release. Not that I am against the use of the BAD lever. Well done.
