Just wanted to drop a line to any Phoeinx area members to let you know about a class offered through Glendale Community College. This is known as Handguns II. The CCW class is a Pre-Req. The course description is advertises longer distance shooting, use of cover among other things. It is a 16 hour class going from 8-5 on Sat. and 12-9 on Sun. I am taking the May 1, 2 class. If any of you can make it I think it could be a great way to aquire some new skills without breaking the bank. Class costs under $100 plus the cost of ammo. Where do the rest of you go to get trainig without spending big bucks on things like Gunsite?
