First Fallow Deer with my Contender

Hey This is my first Fallow Deer ever and I was able to use my
Thompson Contender G-2 The Barrel is a super 14 in 30-30 winchester
no special load just 150 grn winchester round nose
the scope is a Busnell 2x6x32 EER
It was another great day in the stand now I need more pork for some fresh sausage.

Fantastic! I'm a fan of handgun hunting and I love the Contender super 14" in 30-30 Win. I've taken quite a few whitetails with it and my handloads. VERY effective indeed and an absolute ton of fun!

I'd like to hunt some 'exotics' with it some time.

Thanks fellas The pic dosent show the spots all that well but they are there.
She was a free ranging deer where we are hunting there is a game ranch and the
fence was eather cut or a twister came through and took out part of the fence
and some deer excaped we have pics of some others so we are on the look out.
I love handgun hunting also as you can see im also a bow hunter. Hunting with a
handgun is verry close to hunting with a bow. You have to do every thing right.
