Went off without a hitch.
I have been extremely busy lately, but I finally had a chance to sit down with the press and crank out some rounds to go try. I have started with the 45 acp. HP-38 and 230 gr. Berrys bullets. Overall they shot good, recoil was less and accuracy wasn't to bad but would like to improve a little. Will be working up some more soon.
Now on to the review of my equipment:
Lee breech lock single stage press: For me and my needs right now this press worked great. I know there are better ones out there but this is all I need right now. I really like how fast you can change the dies.
Lee perfect powder measure: Little finicky at first but it was throwing the HP-38 pretty good to what I wanted after I got it adjusted.
Lee 45 acp. Dies(carbide): Worked good for me. I definitely see where the finish of them are not like the other manufactures, but as a machinists myself I know thats one way they can keep the cost down.
Lee perfect saftey scale: Well I'll say this thing will make you won't to pull your hair out at first. After finally getting it set up, it wasn't so bad. But it has to be flat and level and your bench needs not to move.
Overall I am happy with my purchase. And I couldn't have done it with out the help from THR, thanks for all of the helpful posts.
