So my first rifle can will be going pending soon.
I've shot a few guns with suppressor on them, but never owned one.
Is there anything special I should know? Just some random questions rattling around my head:
1) What is the overall lifespan in terms of round count through these? It is a 762SDN-6 that will be shot on 16" 5.56 with Blackout, 11.5" 5.56 with muzzle brake mount, and eventually 9" 300 Blackout and probably 16" .308.
2) Is there any way for a gunsmith to confirm concentricity of the bore/mount/can prior to shooting?
3) What happens if it gets wet? Is this a serious rusting hazard on a rifle can that can't be dissassembled?
I'm sure I'll think of more as time goes on.
