First time for 200gr SWC in 45 ACP, which powders to try first?

All of those powders will provide (for lack of a better term) "Similar" results. It will be up to you to find the one you and your gun agree with best, because I personally believe there can be factors (which are often for unknown reasons) where one powder might surprise me, and go against the grain of previous results with other combos and predisposed assumptions.
For example, I have a load in 38 special where WIN-231 isn't all that accurate and produces quite a flash.....and then of all things, Power Pistol is very accurate and has little flash.....never would have guessed....

Tiny bit above the case mouth worked best for me, not much say maybe a thumbnail thickness.
If a tiny bit above won't plunk it won't so you have no choice on the OAL, a different SWC might be the answer but that does no good with what you already have.
I would double check to see if a tiny bit longer would plunk.
Some 1911s will feed SWCs fine, some just don't care for them.
1911s that don't feed SWC bullet often fail due to the magazine. The feed lips should only go about halfway along feed length so cartridge is released early. Also long-nose clones of H&g 68 are designed to feed like a round nose, but I find bad magazines often fail.

Two,of the 3 critical magazine measures are;

The static angle that the rounds are held at... and looking from the back,look at how much of the primer is visible above that square notch on 1911's.

Grab one of your,never fails magazines and record,or take pics of these two metrics. The 3rd is release point but,gotta get #1 and 2 right first. Which makes the release easier to maintain/fix. It isn't some black art.

Oh yeah,H$G 68 and pretty much any of the fast target powders work fine. I like 700X because of having a 3 lifetime supply. Same with PB..... but also like 231. Good luck with your project.
