hi guys well i just got a kimber micro 380acp and are getting ready to load 380acp for this pistol and so i have plenty of greendot powder plus i got some 95gr hollow point lead bullets and so is there any data using greendot and lead bullets? plus any other advise about loading this cartridge?? thanks!

According to my Lyman cast bullet handbook from 1973..........2.8gr of Green Dot for a 95gr cast bullet for 865fps.
From my Lee book is states for a 95gr jacketed bullet a loading of 3.5gr Green Dot for 890fps.

Older Alliant Data
(Easier to read if you zoom in your browser, odds are Lee data copied from Alliant)
Data is MAX reduce 10% to start

Green Dot w 95gr MAX 3.5gr for a FMJ, lead will be a little less

AS a side note I really like AA#2 for .380 practice loads meters great in .380 size charges, CFE-P for full power .380 also meters well but not as well as AA#2.

Either will meter better than Green Dot.

i tried the greendot at 2.8gr and the groups wasn't all that good but i had some sr4756 and with my lyman cast boolit data book i tried sr4756 at 3.3gr and wow the groups were very good and i had a clean barrel! so guys with the greendot i was wondering should i try them again at maybe 2.4gr or less to see if i can get the greendot to play well??
