Flail from Brigade Quartermaster from late 70's

Do any of you guys remember a flail like device from Brigade Quartermaster from the 70s or 80s? I can't remember the name of this and am looking just out of curiosity. If I recall it was advertised along with the "ju-jo" which I have found info on already.

This "flail" was black with a steel cord that allowed the grooved head to be swung as a flail.
