Yes. Above is the worst one. Dropped the gun I was test firing when that happened.
I finished the round of Trap I was shooting when this one happened, about 8 birds in.

Dropped my ruger mk2 on my little toe from shoulder height. Pretty sure I fractured something from how much and how long it hurt.
Slide bite on my 1911 and HP.
Worst one was slicing my hand open as I tried to catch my flintlock rifle. I managed to keep the flint pretty sharp and it showed.
Wouldn't stop bleeding for a good bit.

Aside from ejected brass ending up random places, I guess I've been pretty fortunate not to have been injured in some freak occurrence.
The most severe was recent, but resulted in zero physical injury. My pride however, may never make a complete recovery. The videos make it look so easy, and I'm pretty mechanically inclined...but I'm definitely not cut out to be a Ruger MK3 repairman.
