I sent my new FNX .45 in to customer service due to a frame blemish behind the triggger guard. They issued a UPS ship label and I sent it in. 3 weeks later I get it back, and lo and behold...nothing was done! I called the Browning/FN support line and was told that it was in spec and you can expect a blemish on a combat weapon. Not good.
I then call the head of customer support and as a end result FN will give me a new replacement. I just got the ship label in my email. So..happy ending to an initially dissapointing situation.
