Just ordered an IDPA competition shooters pack for my FNX .45 tactical with RMR since it's pretty much the only left handed rig I could find. Of course Blade-Tec said 3-4 weeks delivery so I was wondering if anyone else had any issues with their process? Should I expect it to be delayed, on time, or early?

I also see that KT holsters offer a lefty as well for around $40 ish.
http://www.kt-mech.com/models/FNX45TAC.html Anyone have any experience with these?

Finally, I plan to suppress this pistol so are there any holster options for that configuration or not? Is it even practical?

I checked our stock and availability, and it's showing "Estimated to ship within 29-40 days" based on info from Blade-Tech.

So it sounds about right. I know that many holster makers tool up to produce a certain model, and may run for an hour, a day or a week before going on to another. They may be in between runs for that particular model.

i've more or less switched to 9mm but i ran the FNP45 with fastfire and a streamlight for years. took me forever to find a holster. finally got one from frankie fountain and it's by far the best holster i've ever owned. Frankie recently started Fountain Combat holster business and is making pretty much the best kydex you can buy. however, he has a limited selection of options at the moment.

i also have the blade tech and they're ok, but after you try the fountain holster, you'll never go back to blade tech. Mark, you should look into it. I can get you his contact if you wnat. I know he's looking for dealers right now

i thought i had a better pic but couldn't find it. this is several years old.
i love shooting it suppressed with the opsrey so i keep it on the belt, but i wouldn't try to make a holster that held the suppressor too

Thanks guys for the info. I will most likely do as you did Taliv and have the suppressor on the belt. Think I'll go with the Streamlight TLR-1 as well and get a holster that will accommodate.
