Look at this one.
I don't know if I like the fanny/waist pack idea. As a way of carrying a gun or just wearing one.
But if I were to wear one I think I would like to get the kind of strap this one has.
I don't know if the pack itself is suitable for carry purposes but a steel reinforced strap would be a plus for retention as it removes one way of a BG getting it off of you. I. e. by cutting it.
Add in the velcro wrap over the buckle and you've put two obstacles in his way. I like the zipper thing as well but it might be a tad slow in an emergency.
