The National Security Agency is hereby directed and ordered to stop immediately all monitoring and electronic surveillance of radical Islamist groups, terror groups, and other enemies of the United States and direct all resources to detecting the download, transfer and use of any and all software, capable of making, or being altered to make, any kind of firearm by the "3D" printing method.
This is the most serious problem facing the nation today and all local, state and federal law enforcement agencies are directed to stop the spread of this evil subversive software. If this should spread, our plans to confiscate all privately owned firearms would be made ineffective and we would not be able to carry out our plans to exterminate our political enemies and remain in power forever!
