Form 1 & 23 grocery list for dummies

I just completed my first electronic form 1 filing for SBR.

I want make sure I am handling the follow up mailings correctly.

CLEO
Copy of form 23,
Copy of form 1


ATF
2 copies of form 23,
2 copies of form 1
Copy of notarized trust
Copy of assignment of property
2 fingerprint cards

Does everything get mailed to NFA

I only sent the CLEO their two pages of the ATF form 5320.23 in the mail. ATF emailed me a bar code with address to mail them the two fingerprint cards. I only sent the ATF the three pieces of paper. (The email with barcode and the two fingerprint cards.) I sent both by Priority Mail so that I have a tracking number. Did this back in August 2022. One day short of two months, I had the SBR approved with PDF of the tax stamp.
