Could someone tell me where to find serial numbers for this shotgun?

It is a 20 gauge with 26" barrels.

many guns made before 1968 didn't have a s/n. If yours did it would be in an obvious place.

Mine has it on the left side of the receiver - it is a Fox BSE

Evidently it was made before 1968 because there are no serial #'s anywhere.
