Frankfurt Arsenal Rotary Tumbler -- Should have done this sooner!

Okay guys, am I the only one that understands what I'm trying to say? I like to clean the brass once before resizing to keep my press clean (not just my resizing dies), then clean after resizing to remove case lube. I did this same process with my vibratory tumbler, too, so there's no need to keep telling me to get the universal resizing die that I already have...

I'm with ya, it's what I do as well. I have alot of desert range pickups with all kinds of nastiness.

As much as you are happy with the Frankfort Tumbler you will be even more so with their brass dryer. As fast as I tumble loads I can cycle batches through the dryer. No towel - fans - or waiting.

Guess I am lucky as 99% of my brass is clean enough after a couple or three rotations in my media separator first, I can just deprime/size before I wet clean it.
Then I shake it well in an old bath towel and dump it onto an old cookie sheets to dry. I have enough brass that letting a batch dry for a couple days is no big deal though.

BTW, the wax provided by the AAW&W also slightly eases the insertion of the clean, unlubed pistol cases during resizing in carbide dies ... at least, *I* can feel the difference. :)
I'll second that for you. :D

FWIW, I haven't been doing a first clean before decapping, but there's a lot of crud in the ram of my LCT that wouldn't be there if that was done. I'll either get a cheaper press to get cruddy or join the clean twice crowd.
