From DFW to Amarillo, TX without a CHL...Can I Still Bring A Gun In Car & Hotel?

Some people like the all the flat area. It isn't too bad once you get used to it.

Speeding - Just slow down from Quanna to Estaline. Spelling is probably off, but I imagine that is where the majority of tickets are recieved.

We normally keep a firearm in the car when we make a trip to DFW. If I remember correctly the law also states that you once you get to your destination you have to unload and secure the firearm. I guess that would mean the first stop in Amarillo. I don't really know.
