The proofs show it as German, so a good place to start would usually be the Alfa 1911 catalog (Alfa was the trade name of Adolf Frank, a German wholesaler and mail-order distributor). In my copy, there are several SxS combination guns that could fit your description, but I'd need pictures to even TRY to nail it down past that. "410" would be shown as "12mm", and there could be several 22 rimfires or centrefires that the other barrel could be chambered for; where does the striker fall in relation to the chamber? I've attached a picture of the version that appears to be the CLOSEST to what you describe, but pictures of what you're looking at are what would really help.

:)Very nice. Trying to send pictures. Appears to match other than metal scroll work, forestock shortened & calibre-bore(rebore?). This is very helpful.

The above is supposed to be the "deluxe" model in those chamberings, but on the previous page, they show something that looks a little closer to what I can see on your pictures. Is there any way you can confirm what this is chambered in? The rim cut-out on the rifle chamber looks pretty deep for a rimfire; this catalog says the ones it shows are chambered for 22 Winchester Centre Fire, the predecessor to the 22 Hornet. The 22 WCF went out of production in 1936, but the proofs on the one you're looking at date it from before that point. You should be able to see on the breechface where the firing-pin would strike the cartridge (rim or centre).

By eyeball, standard center fire .410 & upper inside rim fire .22 L.R. .This could easily be confirmed by capping off a couple of "instant MT's" but is probably illegal, since I'm just inside L.A. (lower Akron),also, now known as "Copville". Definite rim fire.

Ah, Toronto, found the wit(+), food(-) and Quebecers(+/_), rather dry. Wish we were there. Anywhere but L.A.!
Scroll work smaller, shallower, more detailed and yet simple, less professional looking than other samples I've seen.
Blame the photographer, not the equipment. Man, I wish I had better equipment!

That's all I can find on these, but I hope it helps; there SHOULD definitely be some sort of maker's or distributor's marks somewhere on it, usually along either the top of the rib, or possibly under the wood. Is there anything on the buttplate?

Nope, just went over it again with a jeweler's loope. No more numbers. Defiitely need a better camera. All of my machinery building and gun toting instincts tell me that other than breech to barrels most of this thing is parts, fitted down, meant for a larger weapon. Scale is all off, as well. For instance, the breech & barrel profile on the "Light Model" scale as near identical to little NoName. Looking at ht. of breech to widest loop of cocking arm on L.M. is +/- 1 to 1/2 on NoName it's 1to +/-1. Forestock is twice as large, also. Some of this could be drawing "not to scale" but not taken together.
