Fruitful trip to Dixie Gun Works

I've been wanting to try some audible books, just haven't gotten around to it yet.

DGW and Cimarron are my two favorites. Neither one is close to here but I have items shipped to my local FFL so it's all fine. I like the revolver that you bought a lot. I may have to get one in 38 colt.
Every time I drive down to Hondo, TX to hunt, I make a detour to Fredericksburg to go to the Cimarron shop. I always walk out with something. The first time I walked out with the receipt for a pair of used .44Spl SAA's with TruIvory, to be sent back home to my local dealer.

Along with a Roosevelt rig for the 5.5" and a Duke holster for the 7.5".

The next trip I lucked into a floral carved TR holster for the 7.5", pictured with my USFA Nettleton.

Pretty much Highway 22 the whole way. Through Lexington, Parker's Crossroad, Huntingdon (Cowboy Store), Dresden, McKenzie, etc..
Hmmm... 2 hours south of Union City on Highway 22, heading on down south of Lexington, would put you right in the vicinity of where I grew up...
