FTF Delivery to Out-of-State FFL Dealer?

Individuals can ship handguns to out-of-state FFL dealers, but can an individual personally deliver a handgun to an out-of-state dealer?

Asking because I live in a city near a state line.

I would imagine. Otherwise there have been lots of 'felonies' commited in the KC area, what with there being 4 gunstores along the state line, and Cabela's.

It's your property, afaik you should be able to take your property to a gun store (or range, or friend's house, etc) in another state.

Other than NY state of course...
