If a full auto weapon is defined as firing more than once for a single pull of the trigger and the "shoestring trick" and malfunctions are now classified as "machine guns," what about old Ithica shotguns that fire with every forward pump as long as the trigger is held or single action revolvers that fire when the hammer is fanned as long as the trigger is held?
