Fulton and Superior Arms AR Lowers

Has anyone heard anything about Fulton Arms or Superior Arms Lower receivers for the ARs? Are they any good? Anyone have personal experience with these?

He's here in Kali so he has to shop at a California FFL who has a source of California Legal Lowers.
