future weapons

We are seeing some interesting weapons created for the military and law enforcement, like systems that shoot around corners, and less than lethal weapons and projectiles. Does anyone else dream of future weapons for the rest of us? I would like a pistol that looked like a cell phone for concealed carry. I'd like heat seeking bullets ,and a Glock with wooden grips. Any ideas?
