Jordan said the House passed its bill against the pistol brace rule but the Senate hasn't taken it up, and even if they did and it would pass the Senate Biden would veto it, however they are definitely going to exercise their power of the purse to limit the ATF. He also opined that eventually the courts will reverse the pistrol brace rule.
