Probably not, I wouldn't be surprised if there were market studies that show very little interest in .380's that are as big as 9mm's. I can think of very few .380's (none of them what I would call popular) that are. At that size gun, a 9mm with the appropriate ammo is a very mild cartridge.
Same reason S&W doesn't bother to chamber the Shield in .380, FN doesn't chamber the FNS-9 in .380, Ruger doesn't chamber the LC-9 in .380, Sig doesn't chamber the 224 in .380, Beretta doesn't chamber the Nano in .380, etc, etc.
I like about every kind of gun and caliber made, but even I wouldn't want one.
