Ae either model being sold at any scale site or Midway, etc.?

Brownell's has the Gem Pro 300 on sale for 149.99. They list the 250 as discontinued. Didn't see on at Midway.

Oldwillknottscales.com is where I bought my Gempro 250 a few years ago, but they now say both the 250 and 300 are discontinued.

The Gempro has a lifetime warranty with the manufacturer. Hope it is still good if any problems.

Since they don't make the 250 anymore, I'd imagine they'd offer an upgrade/replacement. I've gotten offers like that from S&W on pistol models that are no longer in production.
