Hey y'all.
I work with a Georgia grass-roots gun owners group, we're patterning ourselves after the VCDL. We are working toward reform of Georgia's CCW laws with the primary goals being 1) lifting restrictions & 2) simplification.

Representatives of GFODL met with a supportive (and somewhat senior/powerful) Ga. representative this week and received very encouraging input, support and suggestions for what we can do to get our bill passed.
IF YOU ARE A GEORGIA RESIDENT: Please visit our forum, especially this thread and take a moment to register, learn the specifics of what we're trying to achieve and if you can offer your support.
We realize we may be a little late for 2005, but we hear that our bill CAN pass if we get on the ball. 2006 is better than what the NRA is trying to do for us.
thank you.
