im 18. i wish to purchase a handgun form the state of georgia. what are the rules/regulations/laws concerning possesion and purchase. i am getting conflicting comments to internet documents from authorized sites. i fist thought it was 21 to buy, posess, and conceal with a ccw. now im getting that it is 18 to buy and posess non concealed with writen permission from guardian. i know it is 21 to fire at range or 18 and up to 20 with a partner 21 or older.
