Hey Zoogster, many if not most states allow those under 21 to own handguns and carry them. Are you saying that if it was a little easier to buy one that everything would change? I don't really see it. Same applies to driving cars, I knew a guy who was in a car rollover. The driver was racing a friend the day after he got his license at 16 and totalled the car. But then more than 95% of drivers of that age have no problem, no racing and most without accidents.
