Glock: 17 or 19?

G19 for sure since it will do job of both, as it will take 15 17 1and 31 rds mag. The only foreseable problem there may be is if has big hands and G19 grip is not enough. otherwise practically in all dimesions G19 is far superior.

Glock 19, without a doubt. It was the second pistol I ever bought and I love it to death. I vary back and forth between it and a 1911, but it's truly reliable, fits my hand beyond description, and is sized right for daily carry (it's a second generation, too; not fond of the third generation Glocks).

In my opinion, it's one of the best all around pistols made. I may consider a second one, since I'm not a big fan of my Glock 23.

My glocks have always been beaters/car guns/truck guns, that goes for both of the G17s I got used and the G19 I got new.

I prefer the G19. Its smaller size makes it easier to conceal (if I ever CC it, which I havent), put in a console, glovebox, doorpocket, etc, but its still a "service" size handgun that's easy to shoot.

I only have two 15 round mags, the ones that came with it. All of the mags I've bought for it were 17 rounders, I've got a couple of 33s as well.
