I finally bought a Glock 20SF and was thinking to buy the .40 conversion barrel for it. I have a Sig 226 CPO in .40 that I haven't shot yet and I don't like having guns collecting dust so I'm thinking to sell the Sig....

has anyone done the .40 conversion on their Glock 20? If so, were there any issues with performance? Is it just a simple barrel swap or do any parts need to be refitted?

thanks.

I had a G-20 (thick frame) and a KKM .40 conversion. The conversion worked great, very happy with it.

Mine dropped in. Uses the standard 10mm magazine.

I wouldn't trust my life to it, but it was very reliable.

I'm not sure about the 'SF' pistols, make sure your conversion barrel is compatable with them.
