I am looking to load 230-260 bullets to 1050 or 1100 (subsonic) but no faster. This is probably close to .45 Super levels. I'll use Super Brass or even trimmed back Rowland Brass.
What recoil spring weight should I go with. Stock is 17lb for both 10mm and .45. I've been using a 19lb in conjunction with a Harrt's mercury-based buffer guide rod (product died with Mr. Harrt some years ago) on my 10mm Glock 20 for two decades and doubt too much would be needed.
