Glock 23 convert to .357sig

Gentlemen, I just purchased a Glock mod 23 in .40S&W cal. I have been told that one can add a drop in barrell in .357sig and convert it with out changeing our the spring or the mags. Question being, has anyone heard of this or have personal experence with this type of barrell changeing etc. I would be interested in any comments be they positive or in the negitive. The only difference between a 23 and 32 is barrel/magazine follower (some #alterations)/rear sight height. All you need to fire .357 in a .40 is a barrel.
