I recently sent back a Glock 23 that was loose and shooting low and not grouping well, even when bench rested. I recieved it today with replaced parts and and a new front night sight (I had glock night sights to begin with). I'm very happy with Glocks turn around service, which was under their estimated 2 weeks. :D

They didn't list a new front sight, which they did install. Can't say I care one way or another, just thought it was interesting they didn't list it.

Now all I need to do is become as accurate as my gun is. Chris IS a good shot, isn't he?

Incase any of you Glockers are wondering, this is a 2 month old 3rd Gen. I bought new and they replaced a handful of parts. might be worth a phone call to see if yours could use the slight upgrade.

Now it meets Facotry specs!!

Nobody said it didn't to begin with. I'm sure that Glock would maintain that the gun was originally ok (they may even have said it was ok when they got it back, it just didn't meet the owners specs), but something happened after it left the factory either on the way to the distributor or from the distributor to the dealer. After all Glock is perfect, right? :scrutiny:

All gun makers can let one get through...

But it's gratifying to see a maker stand behind thier product and take care of the issue with such efficiency. Glock increases thier stock with such an event and sets and example others should try to live up to.

I went to the range today and the gun is surgical. My carry ammo functions fine and it groups great. I couldn't be happier with the service!
