I just picked up a used g27 gen 4. Is this an old model rsa, standard for the 27 or some aftermarket rsa? Looks different than my other gen4s.

Just curious. The guns looks new, except for light wear marks on the barrel and adjacent to the lock back notch, on the underside of the slide. The rsa still feels strong. 0505181614-1.jpg

Looks like the previous style RSA, as it lacks the slotted metal spring tube (around under the outside spring) and the metal cap at the front.

The current production RSA for the G26/27/33/39, including the Gen4 & Gen5G26, is marked 0-8-2 on the base. The previous RSA for the G26/27/33/39 is marked 0-8-1.

FWIW, the last time I received a couple new RSA's from the area Glock LE rep, he still had the previous version RSA's in his stock, so that's what I have for spare RSA's for my own G26/27. I'll probably continue to use up all of my existing RSA's for replacement before ordering and using the newest style from Glock.
