Glock 31 with g22 barrel, case issue???

From my understanding the extractor, mag, and everything is the same between the 31 and 22 models. So I got a glock factory g22 barrel, and shot 100 or so rounds yesterday at the range to test it out. It went through without a hitch, but for when I was picking up the brass I noticed a mark on the top and a slight dent.

Any ideas, is this an issue? If the extractor, and Mag is the same do g22 mark their cases like this?

The extractor is the same, but the mags do have a slight difference.

Have you checked the case from mag to chamber? Meaning, load from the mag to the chamber, but don't fire it. Take the round out and inspect it.

If there is no damage from mag to chamber, then I would check for interference issues when the round is ejected.
