Glock 34 upper on Glock 35 frame

Here's a question for my fellow Glock fans out there.


In my limited research I've found that the Glock 34 and Glock 35 frame are identical (please correct me if i'm wrong). My plan is to upgrade my Glock 35 into a USPSA limited division gun and keep my Glock 34 stock for production division. However, there may be times when i want to shoot 9mm in my limited division gun.

Can i simply swap slides and i'm good to go?

I understand that extractors and ejectors are different in these models, but those aren't difficult to swap in addition to the slide. Am i missing something or am i way off base?

Frankly, for what you will end up paying for a complete G34 upper, you may as well go ahead and buy a whole second gun.

I already own both guns.

My plan is to upgrade my glock 35 (mag well, trigger, stippling, etc.) but occasionally slap on my glock 34 slide assembly to take advantage of reduce recoil and higher capacity.

So indeed that is what you said (Sorry)
You need to swap the ejector assembly and I believe the recoil spring assemblies are a bit different.
The extractor will already be on the 9mm slide
