What's it worth (the Glock 43)? I have one offered to me at $375, "like new", two months old. It's a Glock so it has to be decent, but is it worth the price tag? The new ones seem to be out of sight.

How does it compare to say a Ruger LC9s in terms of recoil? In terms of conceal-ability?

I did search and read what I could find, but I'm trying to pin down exactly what owners think it's worth and I didn't see that in any threads, not to many of them have hit the used market yet I don't think. Thanks folks!

My $.02 that I also posted in another thread. I neither held nor shot G43 so this really makes me an expert ;)

G26 (that I have) - great shooting pistol, powerful round, can be carried rather comfortably, 11 rounds, but sometimes I wished I had something smaller. Like, way smaller.

LCP (that I don't have) - small, light, 7 rounds of .38 that I consider a borderline effective SD round, a great grab-n-go gun, at least according to specs.

G43 sort of falls in between the two. I am not sure I'd want to pocket carry it and I already have G26 for IWB / OWB carry. I am just not convinced that 43 is smaller and lighter enough to give up half the capacity. Also 26 is one sweet shooter; not sure 43 can match that.

I would jump on a 43 for that price. I use one for GSSF pocket pistol division and i love it. A good enough shooter can be accurate out to 25 yards with it for sure

Good price for a good gun. G43 is easy to carry and conceal, and like all Glocks it goes bang when you pull the trigger, functions flawlessly, and if you encounter a problem Glock will make it right. I have had mine for about 6 months and love it. That said, I find myself carrying my G42 most of the time because of its smaller size and lighter weight, and ease of pocket carry.

It is an awesome little gun that can just about keep up with its bigger brothers. I have been shooting IDPA with mine. My wife picked it up and loved it so much that I traded my Sig P938 for another one. I pocket carry but that requires some trigger discipline.

Note that Glock is now on the second iteration of the magazine, which has an "01" after the part number on the back. Some people were experiencing some difficulty inserting the magazines, and Glock now puts a different bevel on the top of the magazine.
